With the Harley-Davidson Guaranteed Asset Protection (GAP) Plan, you can be prepared for the worst. Protect yourself in case of theft or an accident. This valuable protection provides an extra measure of security for you and your freedom to ride. The GAP Plan pays the difference between the fair market value of your vehicle and the outstanding balance with your lender.*

Insurance coverage often is not enough to cover loss related to your motorcycle. The fair market value placed on your motorcycle by the insurance company may be less than the outstanding balance on your loan contract. This may result in a significant out-of-pocket expense to pay the difference, as well as cover your insurance deductible. And don’t forget about the cost of buying a new motorcycle.

The GAP Plan allows you to limit your financial obligation in the event of a total loss and move on to a new bike purchase. It can be included in your loan agreement, providing valuable protection for your investment.

This plan provides you with protection against unexpected repair costs that may result in significant out-of-pocket expenses. You even choose the length of coverage that best suits your individual needs. Simply put, you'll always ride worry-free with the Harley-Davidson Extended Service Plan.

Under this plan, you'll know that more than 1,100 parts on your motorcycle are covered. And all repairs are performed by experts at your Harley-Davidson dealership using genuine Harley-Davidson parts. If its a $500 brake caliper - you're covered! If it's a $5,000 engine job - you're covered!

Repair costs tend to increase every year, but with the Harley-Davidson Extended Service Plan, you can protect yourself from these potentially high costs. All you'll ever need to pay is a $50 deductible per visit for covered repairs during the life of the plan. Plus, there is no deductible for anything covered under the Expense Reimbursement Package, Optional Tire & Wheel Coverage, or any breakdown of a covered part that was previously repaired or replaced under the terms of the plan.
