Had an accident six weeks ago and took my bike here. They said 6 weeks before it will be done and 6 weeks to the day I have it back looking better than ever.A big thank you to Steve Ken Dan and Tony in service.This dealerships top notch in my opinion.

I rented a bike for a group ride on June 8-June 10, 2018 using Eagle Rider. I paid the extra $$ for a guaranteed model. I got a call on June 7, 2018 from Eagle Rider giving me a heads up that my rental was on a truck that broke down and I would not be getting the bike on June 8. I would have to reschedule. This was pointless because I was scheduled to ride with 4 other riders on Saturday the 9th. Shortly after the call from Eagle Rider, I got a call from Bill Dustin. Bill said he saw an email from Eagle Rider and wanted to check with me on my situation. After we talked, Bill said to come in on the 8th and he would make sure everything was good and I would have a bike. Bill demonstrated a level of customer service that is very rare and unexpected. He listened and came up with a solution that worked for everyone. Woodstock Harley Davidson is the real deal with people who care. Thank you Bill Dustin.

I purchased a 2018 Street Glide last week. The whole experience was refreshing and awesome. No pressure! No pushy salesperson! Tony Little did an outstanding job closing the deal with the purchase and trade-in. Nice guy. Amy in finance is a spectacular person and made the purchase and paperwork easy and enjoyable. As I walked around the dealership, I was warmly greeted by every staff person I ran across. Moon in parts was very helpful answering questions about some equipment I wanted to add to the new bike. Frank in service is one of the greatest service managers a guy or gal could hope to meet. He is always pleasant and professional. He does not give the sales pitch about the products. He educates and helps the client figure out what is best for what kind of riding is going to be done. About the only disappointment was that I have to wait one week for the bike add on's to be dyno-tuned. The saving grace is, the weather is ugly anyway this week so I can wait without much anxiety.

I have never been disappointed in the past with the sales, finance and service areas of Woodstock Harley. That is what keeps me coming back. Outstanding people that care, and an outstanding dealership!
